Terms

These terms apply when you access or use Projano. By using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your OAuth account and for activity performed through your Projano session. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account or a project has been accessed without authorization.

Your content and collaborators

You retain responsibility for the project information you add. You must have the right to store and share it. Project owners control invitations and permissions; only invite people who are authorized to receive the project data. Collaborators must use access only for the purpose for which it was granted.

Acceptable use

Do not use Projano to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, impersonate others, or upload sensitive information when you lack authority to do so.

Service availability

Projano is an early service provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular uptime. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using Projano at any time.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Projano is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply. Questions can be sent to privacy@projano.com.
